Across the world, the standards and understanding of accessibility varies, so to simplify matters we have created generalised categories with a universal rating system for our accessible holidays venues.

AWOW Accessibility Certification Awards

All of our approved hotels and resorts listed are independently reviewed by us in person as disabled travellers. We have created the AWOW Awards with four certificates, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Every award means the establishment has met an excellent level of facilities and understanding, courtesy and service that we expect.
